Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use StoryToYou on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may not use StoryToYou if your use would violate applicable law, sanctions, or third-party rights.

Accounts and access

You may access StoryToYou through the sign-in methods we support from time to time, including Google sign-in or phone-based login where available.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your login method and devices and for activity under your account unless caused by our own security failure.

The service

• draft sessions
• published pages
• creation templates
• voice generation
• AI-assisted writing and page generation
• credits or other prepaid usage balances
• payment flows through supported third-party providers

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to StoryToYou, including names, messages, prompts, and source materials, subject to the rights you grant below.

You grant StoryToYou a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, transform, cache, and display your content as necessary to provide the service, generate output, operate publishing, and maintain security.

Acceptable use

• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Do not impersonate another person in a misleading or harmful way.
• Do not generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive material.
• Do not bypass account, payment, rate limit, security, or access controls.
• Do not distribute malware, malicious scripts, or harmful active content through the platform.

AI-generated output

StoryToYou uses automated systems to assist with text, voice, and page generation. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or sharing it.

Payments and credits

Some features may require prepaid credits or paid purchases. Prices, packages, currencies, and payment methods may vary by deployment or region.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal or other supported processors. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction itself.

• credits are non-transferable
• unused credits are not redeemable for cash
• purchases are final once credits have been granted and the service has been provisioned, except where law requires otherwise

Published pages and sharing

When you publish a page, it may become accessible to anyone who has the published link. You are responsible for deciding what you publish and share.

Draft previews and unpublished content may be access-controlled. You must not attempt to access content that does not belong to you.

Termination

You may stop using StoryToYou at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use creates risk to users, infrastructure, payments, or third parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StoryToYou is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryToYou and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless we state otherwise.
